
BCS Linear Actuators
The BCS is a rodless screw drive actuator with light to moderate load capability.
The BCS is Tolomatic’s first electric rodless actuator. Built on the design of the succesful BC2 pnuematic series, the BCS features a simple carrier design guided by solid Delrin supports. These bearings provide medium load support and are less susceptible to particulate in the environment like exposed ball bearing systems do.
- 3 Body Sizes
- Maximum Load carrying capacity up to 600 lbf (272 kg)
- Stroke lengths up to 120 in (3.4m)
- Travel speeds up to 60 in/s (1.5 m/s)
- Acme and Ball Screw drive options
- Auxiliary carrier option for increased load and moment support
