What is Tolomatic’s warranty policy?

All Tolomatic products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment from Tolomatic. For complete warranty and terms/conditions of sale, refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale document in the info center on our web site.

How quickly will I receive a product after ordering it?

Pneumatic and Power Transmission products ship 5 days after receipt, while Electric Actuators ship 15 days after receipt. Tolomatic’s extreme high force RSX Series has a 20 day lead time. Modified and custom-built products delivery times vary, please contact Tolomatic customer service for an estimated delivery time.

How do I order a Tolomatic Product?

Tolomatic products can be ordered through Tolomatic’s global distribution network. Your local Tolomatic distributor can be found here.

How do I get a CAD model of a Tolomatic Product?

CAD models of Tolomatic products can be downloaded from Tolomatic’s configurable CAD Library.

How do I get my unit repaired or serviced?

Tolomatic Products can be repaired through the Tolomatic RMA process. Please contact Tolomatic Application Engineering department to set up an RMA number and initiate the process.
