This role ensures IT resources align with and enhance key business processes, drives the adoption of innovative and secure technologies (including AI and automation), and defines long-term strategies that enable growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive IT experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Infor Syteline or similar) and Microsoft network systems.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated success in project planning and execution.
- Ability to coordinate the development and modification of custom software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of improving system reliability, security and performance.
- Experience with AI-driven analytics, automation tools, or machine learning applications in business or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of outside resources, company personnel, and others at all levels.
$140,000-$180,000/annually
