Production Manager
To plan, staff, supervise and coordinate assigned assembly operations in a manner which ensures “on-time, on-budget” operational performance consistent with customer quality requirements and Company policies and procedures.
Applications Engineer
To develop and support Electric Linear Motion Product sales by providing technical sales and applications support regarding the selection, use, installation and troubleshooting of Tolomatic’s motion products (electric actuators, motors and drives) in partnership with Tolomatic’s Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers and Market Channel.
Materials Associate
To pick parts for assembly cells and maintain and stock inventory consistent with company policies and procedures. To accurately document material movement within the inventory system.
Machinist
Machinists operate CNC milling/turning/grinding machine centers and/or manual machinery to perform routine or repetitive operations in a manner which consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards.
Level 3 Production Associate (Assembly)
To perform moderate to complex complicated assembly functions building off of build sheets, as assigned, to build Tolomatic products in a manner which consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements and production standards.
Machine Operator
To operate CNC milling/turning machine centers and/or manual machinery (mills, drills, lathes, saws, etc.) to perform routine or repetitive operations in a manner which consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards. To perform plating operations in a manner which consistently meets quality requirements and production standards.
Level 2 Production Associate (Assembly)
To perform moderately complicated assembly functions building off of build sheets, as assigned, to build Tolomatic products in a manner which consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements and production standards.
Level 1 Production Associate (Assembly)
To perform simple to moderately complicated assembly functions building off of build sheets, as assigned to build Tolomatic products in a manner which consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements and production standards.
