To drive sales growth of Tolomatic products in a particular geographic region.  These sales are technical in nature and driven through distribution and, in some cases, direct to OEM’s, custom machine builders and end users.  Responsible for winning profitable business consistent with established sales goals and policies.

This region covers Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee and Virgina.  

To perform plating operations in a manner which consistently meets quality requirements and production standards.  To perform the required chemical documentation and procedures to maintain government required and other safety standards.  To mix and test solutions to ensure optimum specs are maintained.  To perform daily, weekly and periodic equipment maintenance.

To perform plating operations in a manner which consistently meets quality requirements and production standards.  To maintain company OSHA and EPA standards for the operation, storage and labeling of hazardous material related to the plating process.  To conduct chemical tests to ensure the plating process operates at maximum efficiency, including data collection, analysis and documentation using sound statistical processes such as SPC.  To perform daily, weekly and periodic equipment maintenance.

To perform simple to moderately complicated assembly functions building off of build sheets, as assigned to build Tolomatic products in a manner which consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements and production standards.

To operate CNC milling/turning machine centers and/or manual machinery (mills, drills, lathes, saws, etc.) to perform routine or repetitive operations in a manner which consistently meets customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards. To perform plating operations in a manner which consistently meets quality requirements and production standards.
