Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent engineering degree.
- Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment (internships and co-ops welcome).
- Foundational knowledge of:
- Assembly and manufacturing processes
- Process documentation and routing
- Tooling and fixture design
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
