This drawing
is conducted by Tolomatic, Inc and is only open to legal U.S. residents
aged 18 or older. No purchase is necessary to win. Ten prizes will
be given away each month until the contest has expired. This contest
will run from March 1, 2005 to May 31, 2006. Winners will be notified
by email or phone.
All prizes,
unless otherwise specified, must be claimed within thirty days of
winning by responding to the email with the correct mailing address.
Tolomatic, Inc will not notify winner of the time remaining on their
prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize
within the thirty days provided. All prizes will be given away by
Tolomatic, Inc. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified
entries. Ten winners will be awarded a single 256MB memory flash
drive.
All prizes are
non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution
of prizes allowed. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept
a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. Tolomatic,Inc.
then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a
contest runner-up.
Prizes will
be mailed by Tolomatic,Inc. Tolomatic,Inc. is not responsible for
the failure or tardiness of prizes delivered via US Postal Service.
It is up to the user to give updated and correct mailing info during
registration. Tolomatic,Inc. is not responsible for lost or returned
merchandise. Tolomatic,Inc. is not responsible for defective prizes.
Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion
of Tolomatic,Inc., and may be enacted at any time.
Tolomatic,Inc.
its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves
of any liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from any contests
staged by Tolomatic,Inc. All contests entries become the property
of Tolomatic,Inc. All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of
entry, that Tolomatic,Inc. has a right to publicize the winner's
name, character, likeness or all matters incidental herein. Winner
understands and agrees that they are responsible for any and all
taxes incurred on prizes received.
